Stepping Stones to Personal Growth

Stepping Stones is a powerful individual coaching experience that combines interactive exercises and powerful questioning. You will develop greater clarity about who you are, what changes you want to create in your life and how to start making them.

To begin you will receive some pre-session reflection activities to complete prior to our first session.

Then we will schedule four 45 minute telephone coaching sessions spaced about 2 weeks apart depending upon your schedule. Most people complete the program in 8 – 10 weeks.

During these sessions we will:

  • assess your current life satisfaction
  • explore your core values
  • identify your personal strengths
  • uncover some of your limiting beliefs and potential obstacles
  • create a goal setting action plan

Between coaching sessions, you will have some ongoing activities to complete and we’ll keep in contact via email to keep you on track. Plan to spend 1-2 hours on these activities between sessions.

At the completion of the Stepping Stones program, you will have some recommended resources and suggested activities for further personal growth specific to your needs and dreams.
