I Had a Real AHA Moment
I was skeptical that you would be able to help me discover what I needed to do in regards to creating leadership within my organization. As it turns out, I had a real “AHA” moment during your session. I was really struggling with creating leaders – or as you call it creating that capacity to see themselves as a leader. As we worked on one of the questioning exercises it came to me! I need to value my leaders for where they are RIGHT NOW, for what they contribute to my business currently and not just for what I want them to be or where I see them in the future. I can see how by not doing that I was really undermining their success and their important position within my organization. I can already feel the difference that discovering this has made within my business.
