How does Individual Coaching work?
Individual coaching sessions are done by telephone or Skype. Telephone coaching provides maximum flexibility for scheduling and allows for a comfortable space in which to explore and plan.
We begin with a one hour Design session. You will receive some reflection activities which include a variety of exercises and a Life Inventory tool which you will complete prior to the Design session. During that first coaching session we will take a look at what is, and isn’t working in your life, clarify your area of focus for coaching and what outcomes you hope to achieve.
Following the Design session we will schedule 30 minute coaching calls, typically every other week (2 per month), although you can choose to schedule calls more or less frequently depending upon your needs. You also encouraged to email me between sessions for additional support, encouragement and accountability.
There are no contracts asking you to commit to a specific number of coaching sessions; however I strongly encourage you to make a commitment to yourself to stay with the process for at least 3 months. Change takes time. Coaching is an investment in yourself and the life you want to create. It’s an opportunity to finally get out of your own way.
Fees are paid monthly by credit card or e-transfer. In Canada GST is added to fees.
