We will look at ways to be consistent in your practice, explore which formal and informal techniques are best suited to you and troubleshoot when you encounter obstacles. I will also share resources tailored to your individual practice needs.
Individual mindfulness coaching sessions are 30 minutes in length and are done by telephone.
