Today’s mindfulness moment…
It’s not a guarantee but how you start your day is going to have a big influence on how your day unfolds.
So here’s a simple rule:
Wake up happy.

What if I don’t wake up happy?
Then you can use another simple rule:
You see whether you are happy or not is pretty much up to you.
It’s not a particular set of circumstances that makes you happy.
It’s how you are looking at them.
So if you wake up not happy, take a few minutes to shift into a happier space.
Set an intention for the day.
Count your blessings.
Be particularly grateful that you have another day to wake up to.
Then get out bed and go make yourself and those who cross your path smile.
