Today’s mindfulness moment…
Everyone is carrying a burden.
That’s the simple truth.
Some people face huge challenges.
Some people’s troubles are much smaller by comparison.
What makes the difference though, is not the relative size of these burdens.
It’s how we think about them.
If we can maintain a spirit of gratitude, practice self compassion and remember that at any moment each of us is carrying a burden, then our load can feel a little lighter.
