Today’s mindfulness moment…
Ever felt stuck?
Sometimes we are stuck because we are afraid.
Or not sure what the “right” thing is to do.
Or maybe we are just held hostage by the inertia of being stuck for so long.
Here’s some good advice courtesy of tennis legend Arthur Ashe:
Start where you are.
Use what you have.
Do what you can.
If we keep waiting for the perfect circumstances before we take a step, we will stay stuck forever.
Take a step.
