When someone is having a bad day, you probably can’t make it all better.

When things aren’t going well for a loved one or friend or co-worker, try something simple to help ease their burden.
It doesn’t take much to help shift the energy and focus:

- a smile
- an encouraging word
- a kind gesture
You don’t have to fix things.
Just connect human being to human being.
