Today’s mindfulness moment…
Right now there is something that you are carrying around with you.
Something that is weighing you down.
Something you are worrying about.
Something that hurt you.
Something that ticked you off.
Maybe it’s a huge burden.
Maybe it’s just a little annoying something that is a constant source of irritation.
Here’s the thing:
Dragging that stuff around with us slowly, steadily wears us down.

So let it go.
If you are wondering how to do that, try this:
Take a deep breath.
Feel the weight of this thing as you hold your breath in.
Then when you are ready, let it go with your breath as you exhale.
See it float away like dandelion seeds on the wind.
