When your technology isn’t working properly, the first suggestion is always to unplug it for a few minutes.
Let it sit for a bit so it can reset itself.
Whether it’s a laptop, a blueray or a smart phone, it almost always works.
It’s pretty good advice for a person too.
When we have crazy busy lives, there isn’t much time for stopping and taking a breath.
We end up making unconscious choices that often don’t lead us in the direction we really want to go.
There’s power in pausing for a few minutes as we go about our busy days.
It gives us an oportunity to check in with ourselves, to see what is happening around us, to course correct if need be.
When we do that, life always works better.
