Sure there might be lots of workplace distractions and irritations that are out of your control, but that doesn’t mean you have to be unhappy at work. In this episode I share some simple mindfulness practices that can reduce your workday stress and increase positivity and productivity.

On a scale of 1 – 10, (1 not at all; 10 to the max) how stressed or distracted am I at work?
What would it take to move down one level?
Something to try:
Do a little audit of your workday. Pick a day and keep track of all your sources of stress, distraction and irritation.
Just keep a notepad beside you and jot a word or two down that captures it.
Then at the end of the day, look at your list and choose which of the ten tips I shared would help cut your stress.
Remember a 10% reduction is a good thing.
