4 Month Individual Coaching Program
Plain and simple. mindfulness based personal coaching is a transformational tool that allows you to awaken to the possibilities in your life and then design strategies that let you remain focused on making conscious choices.
In this highly personalized coaching program you will gain clarity, create action plans, and achieve success.
It’s not unusual for clients to experience a light bulb or “I’ve never thought about it that way” moment that then allows them to create new choices that before seemed impossible.
I know you might feel really stuck. What I want you to know is that it is possible to get unstuck and move forward….and to create habits that actually stick.
I have the expertise to help you bridge the gap between wanting to make a change and taking the steps necessary to make those changes happen.
If there are obstacles, we’ll overcome them.
If you are stuck, we’ll get you unstuck.
If you are not clear, we’ll get more clarity.

How does it work?
Your 4 month coaching program includes:
- Initial 60 minute design session
- 7 – 45 minute telephone coaching calls
- Unlimited support via email and text message
- Toolkit of resources and strategies
Individual coaching sessions are done by telephone or Skype. Telephone coaching provides maximum flexibility for scheduling and allows for a comfortable space in which to explore and plan.
We begin with a one hour Design session. You will receive some reflection activities which include a variety of exercises and a Life Inventory tool which you will complete prior to the Design session. During that first coaching session we will take a look at what is, and isn’t working in your life, clarify your area of focus for coaching and what outcomes you hope to achieve.
Following the Design session we will schedule 45 minute coaching calls, typically every other week (2 per month). We’ll focus on deepening your awareness and then creating small, manageable action steps that will lead to your success.
Between coaching sessions, you will have access to me via email and text message for ongoing support and encouragement.
