Mindfulness in a Multi-tasking Workplace
The workplace can be a high stress environment with multiple priorities and distractions vying for your attention. Often there are too many tasks to juggle and they all seem urgent. Well-being by Design: A practical approach to a happier, healthier life
Wellness sometimes can feel like another long list of things we have to add to our already busy days. Maybe we have been approaching it all wrong. Well-being is not another thing to do but is a set of skills that can be learned and practiced.
Utilizing a fresh and dynamic model of wellness, participants will explore a whole new way of thinking about managing life and increasing their sense of satisfaction and fulfillment. A Lunch & Learn is short presentation, typically 50 minutes, designed to inform and inspire your employees. Retreats may be arranged for 1-3 days and are typically located off-site, away from the distractions of the workplace.
