How distracted are you?
If you are like most people you probably have a busy life – maybe a crazy busy life – because you live in the 21st century and life is for the most part is simply crazy busy.
Instead of thriving many people feel like they are just surviving. They are running as fast as they can … often not really “there” but instead, distracted and glued to their screens.
Sure we promise ourselves we’ll take a break when we get everything done. The problem is with a never-ending to-do list, you quite likely will never be done.
I know that this is not how you want to live.
Maybe you just don’t know how to do it any differently.
Maybe you have even tried things before – that worked for a little while – but eventually you found yourself pulled back into the constant distraction and busyness.
It could be that you don’t take the time to pause because you think you just simply haven’t got the time.

Pausing is actually an essential habit of well-being. Without regular pauses its very hard to stay on track with what is most important in your life.
